PRE-WASH DECISION TOOL

Can I wash these together?

Check colour transfer, lint, pocket hazards, overfilling, and an unbalanced load before you start. This is a safe starting point—not a replacement for each item’s care label.

YOUR LOAD

Build the load you plan to wash.

Nothing is sent or stored unless you save a local preset.

1. What is in the load? Select every relevant item.

Everyday clothing

Bulky or lint-heavy things

Special materials

2. Fast safety and balance check

Choose the items you plan to wash, then check the load. Your result will say what to remove first and why.

WHY THE TOOL MAY SAY “SEPARATE”

One load can have more than one risk.

01

Colour transfer

New dark denim, strong reds, and bright items can release dye. Keep them away from whites and very light colours until they have been washed separately.

02

Lint and friction

Towels, pet bedding, denim, zippers, and rough fabrics can leave lint on clothes or damage delicate fibers.

03

Weight and balance

A single wet blanket, bath mat, or bulky item can make a washer shake, stop spinning, or strain parts. Follow the manual’s load guidance.

AFTER THE CHECK

Need help with an uneven load or clothes that came out wrong?

Use a symptom guide when the washer has already stopped, shaken, stained clothes, or left a load too wet.
