LG UE: the load is not balanced enough for a safe spin.

A UE message usually means the washer has paused spin to prevent violent movement. First change the load. If it happens with normal laundry, look at the machine and floor rather than repeatedly restarting.

Make the load more even

Pause, wait for unlock, and spread laundry around the drum. Remove a single heavy, water-logged item or add compatible items only according to your manual. Run one spin attempt.

Check whether the washer rocks

With the washer off, press the top corners. All feet should be firm and the washer should not rock. A level bubble does not help if one foot is not carrying weight.

When it is not a laundry problem

Repeated UE with a modest, balanced load, a new thud, or a drum that strikes the cabinet needs service for suspension or sensing diagnosis.
